Herbal salt bath - Baths can be a wonderful meditative ritual of healing and self-care. We infuse all of our spell baths with healing energy and invite the user to integrate that magic into their own rituals of reflection and connection.

Our Self Love Herbal Bath is made with a base of mineral-rich pink Himalayan to aid in clearing and grounding your energy, while Epsom salts help soothe and relax tense muscles. Rose petals evoke a strong and lasting relationship with oneself, jasmine blossoms promotes a sense of self-esteem, and cornflower works to alleviate internal discord. The invigorating scent of spearmint evokes a sense of strength and vitality while the heady scent of ylang ylang promotes calm, peaceful relaxation.

This bath contains two crystals, Rose Quartz and Amethyst. Rose Quartz has long been associated with evoking trust in oneself and emotional healing. Amethyst is often used for alleviating stress and evoking a sense of calm. We chose these crystals in tandem to accompany this bath to help alleviate feelings of strain and discord, and help the user to recenter with a sense balance and trust in themselves.

A NOTE ON CLEANUP

All our baths include loose herbs, spices and flowers. However, we know that these ingredients do not always play nicely with bathtubs without strainers. Perhaps you are in a shared space, worry about drain maintenance, or maybe just don’t want to incorporate bath cleanup into your ritual. If so, we recommend adding several spoonfuls of the salts and herbs to a compostable tea satchel, a reusable muslin bag, or any piece of thin fabric tied tightly at the top. Add to the bath and let "steep" until the temp is to your liking and soak in the healing properties of organic herbs without having to worry about cleaning up afterward.
