Cycle Breaker Herbal Bath
Cycle Breaker Herbal Bath
Herbal salt bath - Baths can be a wonderful meditative ritual of healing and self-care. We infuse all of our spell baths with healing energy and invite the user to integrate that magic into their own rituals of reflection and connection.
THIS BATH INVITES US TO EMBRACE OUR SHADOW WORK, TRANSFORM THAT WHICH IS WITHIN OUR POWER*, AND EMPOWER US TO HELP RELEASE OURSELVES FROM CYCLES THAT ARE NO LONGER SERVING US.
Our Cycle Breaker Herbal Bath is made with a base of mineral-rich Dead Sea salt to aid in clearing and purifying your energy, while Epsom salts help soothe and relax tense muscles. Juniper works to banish negative energies, white pine facilitates clean breaks, and bay leaf aids in protection and purification. Star anise pods work to separate that which is worth saving from energies that should be purged, and lemon peel evokes a brightness that aids in the removal of blockages. The energizing scent of lemongrass aids in alleviating anxiety while the rich scent of star anise lends its protective and purifying qualities.
This bath contains Bloodstone. Bloodstone has long been used for purification and protection. Its healing energy is often used to dispel negative influences and bring one’s energies into alignment and balance. We chose this crystals to accompany this bath to help lend a strength and vitality to this ritual and the user to help soothe the exhaustion that comes with healing from trauma and pain.

A NOTE ON CLEANUP
All our baths include loose herbs, spices and flowers. However, we know that these ingredients do not always play nicely with bathtubs without strainers. Perhaps you are in a shared space, worry about drain maintenance, or maybe just don’t want to incorporate bath cleanup into your ritual. If so, we recommend adding several spoonfuls of the salts and herbs to a compostable tea satchel, a reusable muslin bag, or any piece of thin fabric tied tightly at the top. Add to the bath and let "steep" until the temp is to your liking and soak in the healing properties of organic herbs without having to worry about cleaning up afterward.
*A NOTE ON CYCLE BREAKING IN AN INEQUITABLE WORLD
We want to remind our users that access to a safe space to heal from toxic cycles and intergenerational trauma (and the tools with which to do so) are not universally accessible in an inequitable world. The mindfulness and wellness communities especially are rife with toxic positivity that perpetually bombards us with the message that the tools with which to transform your life are all within your control and that the achievement of these changes is exclusively rooted in merit.
If you are attempting to break toxic cycles in your life while also concurrently facing societal marginalization, exploitation, and struggling to meet your basic needs, we implore you to be kind to yourself today and recognize the limits of grit and determination. Remember that community support , advocacy, and aid are essential to collective liberation. We promise to do our part each day to help make this a reality for all the members of our community.
REPARATIVE PRICING (BLACK + INDIGENOUS + PEOPLE OF COLOR)
We offer a 10% Reparative Pricing “Discount” for folks who are Black, Indigenous and/or People of Color. These reparations are offered with an attempt at integrity and a invocation for collective liberation. Read more about how to access this pricing code here.
SLIDING SCALE PRICING
Sliding scale pricing honors the fact that we all have different access to resources and can be a way for community to support itself. Simply put, people who pay on the higher end of the scale support people who pay on the lower end. This allows us, as farmers and healers, to provide herbal remedies, basic household essentials, access to small joys in life, and spells of self-care to more people. Paying on the higher end of the scale is an act of solidarity that recognizes that everyone deserves access to earth-concious products and the healing arts. And paying on the lower end can be a way to honor the limitations of your household. Read our guide here and try to be as honest as possible with yourself about what your household can afford.
